On April 15, the “300t 50MGOe high-performance NdFeB permanent magnetic material” production line was formally put into trial operation.

On May 5, the engineering test of N42 and N42M products was completed, which shows that the magnet production line is capable to make bulk production of magnets of the above classes. At present, the engineering test of N45M products is under way and it will be completed in mid June, when bulk production will be realized.

On May 15, a 5 person group headed by Mr. Zhu Jimin, general manager of Beijing Shougang General Co, paid an inspection visit to our company and listened to the reports on the current progress of the project made by Mr. Du Baodong, chairman of our company. Accompanied by Chairman Du and General Manager Lin Xifeng, the guests visited the principal and auxiliary production lines and the physical and chemical labs, and made a thorough study of the production properties of the principal equipment and characteristics of the technological principles. Mr. Zhu was satisfied with the overall progress of the project and expressed high praises for the R&D, market development, workshop construction and routine management of the company.

On May 17, an 8 person group headed by Mr. Wang Pingsheng, director of the Key Project Department of the State Development Planning Commission, paid an inspection visit to our company and listened to the reports on progress of the annual 300t 50MGOe high-performance NdFeB permanent magnetic material hi-tech project, made by Mr. Lin Xifeng, general manager of the company. Mr Wang expressed satisfaction for the progress of the project and the achievements made by the company in R&D and market development, and promised that the State would continue to give support to this project. At the same time, he put forward some valuable proposals for further development of the project.
