In accordance with the long-term developing strategy of the enterprise, a research & development department is set up in order to meet the current market demands and to realize its future strategic objective.

The working target of the department is to satisfy to the best possible extent the customers¡¯ requirements for technology and product and to offer technical support. At present, research is being made for the property of high-performance NdFeB magnet and its relative applied fields, in order to carry out research and development of such aspects as high energy product, high coercive force, high operating temperature and low temperature coefficient.

Now the department possesses an intermediate test line for low oxygen technology capable of carrying out experimental research according to different components and technology. At the same time it has complete measures for analysis and test.

The department also possesses a group of senior engineers and engineers, who have rich working experience for rare earth permanent magnet research.
