Yantai Shougang Magnetic Materials Inc. is an entity approved by the State Development Planning Commission to implement the “demonstration project of annual 300t production of high-performance neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent magnetic materials”. The register capital is RMB 70,410,000.00

The company is located in the beautiful seashore city Yantai. The factory field is 40, 000 square meters. We fetched the advanced production and testing equipments from Germany, Japan and U.S.A. to make up the high-efficient magnet producing line, machinery processing line, surface treating line, magnetizing line, QC line, packing line, testing centre, and R&D centre.

The production scale at present of our company is 500 tons of high-performance NdFeB magnets annual. The third project is intense but orderly and under construction, it is estimated and complete in June of 2005, production capacity will be up to 800 tons annual when the time comes.

The total staff of our company is 215 now. The academic credentials of our staff above undergraduate among them account for company more than 39% of total amount. Our company pays attention to using the internationally advanced management system to improve quality control and organize all the time. We got the certification of ISO9001 international quality management system in November of 2003. And we would push to run ERP e-commerce system in an all-round way in the first half of 2005. Our company will make persistent efforts on the basis of producing N50M, N48H, N42SH and N36UH in batches, bent on making progress, with high-quality products, high efficiency and hospitable service create more benefit for customer.
